ORDER HERE Nissan Z32 300ZX is a car that you never want to let go of. Sadly, some components age, corrode and give us problems as a result. One of the very problematic areas are the heater core pipes that are prone to corrosion, annoying coolant leaks and high labor cost for replacement due to their location. As I was working on a custom twin turbo kit for this platform, it became evident that heater core pipes would need to be reworked a bit to provide additional features needed for this new setup. Instead of reinventing a wheel here, I decided to make brand new, factory style pipes that would be corrosion resistant and have additional barbs for new cooling needs. Of course, these are only half the price of factory heater core pipe set (that is now discontinued anyways). Pipes are made of stainless steel tube that has been shaped using a CNC press. This process produces identical parts with smooth bends. The pipes are then electroplated black. Each pipe has a total of four 8mm barbs. The additional barbs will be used for cooling CHRAs and external wastegates. Each 8mm barb has a direct access to coolant flow path for improved, unobstructed flow. If you are not running external wastegates or even turbos on your car, unused barbs can be capped off. Best of all, these pipes exactly replicate the shape of factory heater core pipes and will connect to OEM, or aftermarket heater core hoses. Stainless steel tubing will never corrode and prevent coolant leaks from developing. Pipes are installed using provided stainless steel hardware and seal using o-rings.
