Message	When it comes to upgrading turbos on your Z32 there are a few options out there. You could buy off the shelf turbos and compile a kit of your own, fabricating parts as you go, which usually turns out to be time consuming and expensive. You could adapt an existing kit from another vehicle, which can be as time consuming as creating your own kit. Or you could purchase one of the several kits available on the market, none being as complete and inexpensive as Z1 Turbo Kits. Unfortunately purchasing off the shelf turbos and fabricating a kit is very attractive to many due to the low initial cost of individual turbos (compared to kits). Once the process gets started it is soon obvious that there is entirely too much time involved in sourcing the parts, cutting, welding, and machining the parts necessary to complete the fabrication. The same goes with adapting an existing kit intended for another vehicle. Purchasing a kit then becomes an appealing option, but the low cost of some are misleading. Honestly, not all kits include parts needed for installation such as gaskets, oil feed lines, oil return lines, and other miscellaneous hardware that are required to complete the upgrade. Z1 Motorsports has created the only real solution, producing a complete line of Z32 Turbo Kits fitted specifically to the VG30DETT. Z1 has engineered superior wastegate actuator brackets and compressor housing adapters for excellent fitment.
