Used these turbos but the restrictors were swapped. One was over restricted and one was under restricted. Not sure if the over restricted side was damaged at all, that's why I'm asking a low price. These were $1200 for the rebuild, had brand new CHRA's and seals at the time of the rebuild which was done by z1. I ended up putting in larger turbos that's why I'm selling these.
