Message It's fuel leak season! When the air cools, the rubber lines shrink slightly. But traditional fuel hose clamps don't shrink with fuel lines, so the clamp exerts less pressure on the hose, causing a leak.

Nissan recognized this problem in later models, including Z32s (outside the US, at least), and changed fuel lines over to a new spring-type hose clamp. These were a factory installation in later model Z32s (97+) as well as various other Nissans, including S15s and R34s.

The new-style hose clamp squeezes the fuel hose with the correct amount of force even has it expands and contracts through heat cycles and seasons, eliminating leaks. Worm gear clamps are too weak, and chew up rubber hose, and the traditional Nissan hose clamps use Philips-head screws that are difficult to tighten and easily strip.

We sell them individually or you can pick up a set of 20-- enough for the entire engine bay.

Nissan OEM Fuel Hose Spring Clamp - $1.94/ea
Nissan OEM Fuel Hose Spring Clamp (Set of 20) - $38.80

If your fuel hose is old and brittle or chewed up, we also have Nissan OEM High Pressure Fuel Hose available:

Nissan OEM Protected Fuel Hose Set - $97.55
Nissan OEM Fuel Hose (7ft) - $92.00
Nissan OEM Fuel Hose - $1.50/in

Need help with the routing/installation of the fuel lines in the engine bay? Check out my diagram at the Z32 Wiki!
