They are CCFL ( cold cathode flourescent, not led ) and give the headlights a cool look day or night. These OEM headlights have the "angle eyes" already installed...as well as the "silvered" bezels. Mini-ballasts included. Just connect +12v and ground and you're set. This is the quickest and easiest way to have headlights like these. These are the entire headlight fixtures and the mounting brackets...beam headlamps not included but you can transfer your's over. These are heavy and fragile...so the shipping will be expensive. UPS estimated $60 due to the bulk of all the foam padding protection. Paid $400, selling for $250 + $60 shipping with no core charge...you keep your own headlights.
