Z1 Z32 Adjustable Exhaust Cam Gear Sprockets have been completely engineered and tested in house for the best fitment on the market while maintaining the exact offset as the OE gears. Every set starts its life with genuine Nissan exhaust cam gears which are machined to accept the adjustable center hub before being soda blasted and cleaned. After the cleaning process each gear is zinc plated in either silver or black for corrosion resistance.
Each center hub section is precision machined from super high strength T-7075 Aluminum and anodized silver or black hard anodized finish. After the anodizing process each part is laser etched with the logo and timing marks, 10 degrees of camshaft advance or retard marked in 5 points around the gear in 1 degree increments. The additional degree marks make adjusting the cam gears much easier and faster with the engine in any position. Assembly is taken care of per order with stainless hardware and each set is put through a final inspection.
