Message	Z1 Reinforced Silicone Hose, 6.5mm (1/4”) and 8mm (5/16”) ID The stock rubber hoses are exposed to substantial heat in the Z32 engine bay. Over time the heat breaks down the stock rubber line eventually resulting in failure. Z1 silicone lines will not break down because of the heat. These are the last hoses you will ever need. Unlike conventional stock rubber hoses that deteriorate over time, dry rot, and ultimately burst these silicone hoses will stay soft and not degrade. Our new reinforced 4 ply silicone hoses combat the high temperatures and insure long lasting performance. Our 6.5mm hose is ideal for replacing wastegate actuator hoses as well many other under hood applications. The 8mm hose is perfectly suited for replacing coolant lines around the plenum and throttle bodies. Either size can be used for any air, vacuum, or coolant application. Please do not use silicone hose for fuel applications. Don't take chances with a cheap rubber hose. Z1 Motorsports recommends replacing all the stock rubber lines that supply pressurized air or coolant, any time turbos are being changed or the engine is out of the car. Z1 offers these straight sections of replacement lines made from reinforced silicone in one foot increments. Available in up to 6' continuous lengths. Our 6.5mm and 8mm silicone hose is sold by the foot and can be ordered in up to 6 foot continuous lengths. Currently only available in blue, we will be receiving our stock order of black hose soon.
