They are good to roll around on but I wouldn't take them up to speed.
I believe they came off of a TT. There are 3 of the same width and one smaller (I assume that is a front, while the other 3 are rear tires).
They're of the Dunlop variety.
Just sitting by the trash at the moment- no cost to you; simply pick them up. Otherwise, they may become planters in the spring.
