Message	bulbs, and ballast. I already have the brackets cut and mounted, these projectors are ECE model which are brighter then the DOT ones. Kit comes with two projectors, 2 newer philips bulbs, ballast and the relay kit, mounting brackets. Everything you need to have a True HID Kit, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
