Multi plate clutches have long been the preferred method of power transfer for professional racers and even serious street drivers with high powered cars. The simple design, high power capability, and lower cost of replacement disc makes a multi plate clutch a wise choice for high horsepower Z's.
Using high strength disc materials and a fully engineered design these clutches provide a crisp engagement without being too harsh for daily use and are a direct bolt on package for TT applications. No bellhousing, transmission, or starter modifications are required, although a clutch pedal travel stop is required to prevent over extension of clutch travel.
All required mounting hardware for installation is included. Kit uses OEM flywheel bolts (not included).

The standard Z1 Twin Plate is rated to 700 ft / lbs of wheel torque and has been dyno proven to over 700 rwhp. If more capacity is required an upgraded extreme hat and plate assemble is available. With this set up it is rated to 820 ft / lbs of wheel torque.
