Z1 GT675RS Turbo Kit Special We’ve taken the GT675RS kit and added even more features to make it the best deal we’ve ever offered on this kit. In addition to the standard features of all Z1 turbo kits, we’ve added a list of additional items to this kit to make it an incredible offer and one worth taking a second look at. Updates and improvements to the GT675RS kit include :
Aluminum compressor inlet flanges welded on then ground & smoothed inside for a optimized contoured inlet. O-ringed compressor inlet flanges with included high quality Viton O-rings for a perfect air tight seal. Redesigned silicone couplers with just the right bends for a perfect fit between the compressor outlets and stock pipes. Even more new hardware now included like 10 new copper crush washers, 10 new turbine housing to downpipe bolts, and Z1 reinforced coolant & wastegate lines. Forget slotted oil drain lines, spacers, and leaks. All Z1 GTBB turbo kits now include the Z1 silicone turbo oil return line kit.
In addition to that we’ve added all of the hardware and small parts that you’ll need.
Kit includes:
1. 2- New Garrett GT Ball Bearing Turbochargers
2. 2- New high pressure adjustable wastegate actuators and brackets
3. 2- Braided Stainless Steel Oil feed lines with .035" Restrictors and fittings
4. 2- turbo -> manifold metal gaskets
5. 2- 5 bolt turbo -> downpipe metal gaskets
6. 10 - Copper crush washers for coolant and oil lines
7. 10 - Turbo to downpipe stainless steel bolts
8. 2- Turbo inlet O-rings
9. 2- 5 ply high temp silicone couplers for compressor outlets
10. 4- 225 mm T-bolt clamps
11. 2 feet of Z1 reinforced silicone turbo coolant hose
12. 6 feet of Z1 reinforced silicone wastegate actuator hose
13. Z1 Silicone oil return line kit
