Message	"XStream" DOOLZ The DOOLZ Dual Intake has proven its functionality and benefits through only through its use on a majority of the highest horsepower TTZ's ever built, but also by its use on over a thousand individual Z32s. Its design arose from the experiences in tuning hundreds of TTZs with various intake configurations and was built as a solution to eliminate the tuning issues other previous dual intake systems presented. This dual intake system is a necessity for vehicles aiming to produce 550RWHP or higher. However, the benefits realized at lower power levels is an improvement you will feel in the seat-of-pants dynamometer. :) Many smiles to the gallon. The POP charger filters commonly used on these vehicles typically flow ~480-500CFM of airflow at a pressure drop of 1psi. Our engines at 18psi of boost pressure will draw some 850CFM which produces nearly a 4psi pressure drop through a single filter, resulting in slower spoolup response and lower power due to the fact the turbo compressor wheel must rotate faster in order to produce the same boost pressure. Twin filters can support 1000CFM at 1psi and in a dual intake setup there will be less than 1psi of pressure drop through the filter. This results in significantly improved spoolup response as well as a solid boost in power and torque production. The DOOLZ Dual Intake's design incorporates a "shared plenum" design with a common port at the junction between the two pipes. This design equally splits airflow between the two filters which results in accurate airflow metering by the mass airflow sensor. The smooth mandrel drawn tubing promotes the optimum pathway for airflow with virtually zero loss. We have these intakes in stock and are available in a variety of glossy powdercoated colors with a very durable finish. High Performance Double-Pass Radiator One of the biggest problems with other electric fan setups on the market is the fact they dont have a shroud for the electric fan. Without the shroud, you are limiting the radiator's cooling ability by almost 50%. We have designed our own double-pass radiator and custom fiberglass shroud for use with a 2460CFM 16" electric fan to provide the best available performance for such setup. In addition to these attributes, we have incorporated heat-sinking cooling fins into the endtank design to further improve the cooling efficiency of the radiator. The double-pass design allows for the coolant inlet and outlet pipes to be on the same side of the radiator. This eliminates the "lower hose" as well as the expense of purchasing an aluminum aftermarket lower pipe kit. The OEM radiator hose only needs to be trimmed to fit onto the outlet pipe. We have also included an oversize upper "tray" with closed ends - helpful in holding tools/bolts, etc when working in the engine bay.
