Message For sale is a 1990 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo. 98% stock!
It is a 5spd with 159.8K on both the chassis and motor.

It has a clean title.

I recently picked this car up in August of 2009, and have since
only put a tad under 5,000 miles on the car. I had plans to
make tons of mods to the car, but have since reevaluated my
financial choices and have decided to part ways with it.

The mods I have made to the car are a JWT POP charger,
1999 JSpec Taillights, and the wheels. The wheels are 5Zigen
FN01RC in Matte Black 17x9 all around, mounted on a
staggered Kumho Ecsta ASX setup at 255/40/17 x 275/40/17.
The wheels and tires were bought at 156K, so they have lots
of life on them left. Wheels are almost perfect all the way
around, though I do live in San Francisco and have scratched
the front passenger side wheel once or twice due to (bad)
parallel parking.

The car has an older Pioneer DEH-P5200 head unit that only
plays CDs. Has a decent non-stock stereo system (I am
unsure of the speakers, as was the previous owner) and a
Bazooka bass tube housing a single sub.

The car was serviced almost exclusively at Dando’s in Fremont
by the previous owner. I have every record for any work that
was done to the car, records date back to June 1997.

There are a couple of things keeping the car from being
perfect though. Parking the car outside during the unusually
cold fall season caused peeling of the damaged clear coat on
the hatch. It is peeling all over the hatch and is peeling in
spots near the T-Tops.

Also, since the cold set in I’ve been noticing traces of fuel
smell shortly after startup of the car. Though it goes away as
the car reaches normal operating temp. I’ve read that this can
indicate that fuel lines needs to be replaced, though I’ve been
putting it off due to a busy 6 day work schedule.

Looking over the records I have as well, the car may be due
for a tbelt change pretty soon. The last time the timing belt /
water pump were changed were at 91k in 2002.

I’m sure I left a couple of things out, and would love to answer
any questions you might have. Please email me at
sf300zx@gmail.com . I have very limited time to show the car,

Asking price is $3500, though I am hoping for a quick sale and
I am open to serious offers.
