Ok, I will shoot straight with all of you and if you need any additional information or have any questions feel free to post them, email me, PM me, or even call me. I will post 4 different sections: the car condition when I originally bought it roughly 2.5 years ago (as a project car), the car condition prior to about 3 weeks ago (including list of mods), the link to the current problem, the pictures of the car today.
**All images are together at the bottom of the post (sorry I did not have time to separate them out) Original condition: [ http://300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=99176 ] Car condition 4-6 weeks ago: The car was running great but it had reached a time that I was willing to sell the car and move on to a new project so there was one minor issue that I wanted to correct before I was going to sale it. The speedo worked intermittently and I did not worry about it much because I had a radar detector but wanted to fix it before selling it. In the process I did this. (read the following link) [ http://300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=157741 ] The incident: OK, now before every figuring out what the electrical problem was the following occurred at my apartment complex parking lot. I had not fixed the issue above so blamed the rain water and got the car totalled out. ( I have checked the engine and no water made it into the engine!!) Current Condition: Now listed below are the mods on the car and the pics of its current condition. There are 3 possible sets of wheels for this car and depending on which ones you want differs the price of the car. I will let this car go for $4000-5000 as is (which I think is just the problem that is listed above but that is up to the buyer to decide) This is at least $8000 in just after market parts and at near mint body to go with it. If I don't sale it before I fix it I will continue to drive the car myself (that is how much I still trust the car). New Z1 stock turbos (<1000 miles on them)
