Message This 1990 300ZX Twin Turbo was sold to me as new in 1991. It was the
dealership's owner's car and had 7,245 miles at the time. It now has over
209,000 miles.

This model came with the automatic climate control, heated mirrors,
power mirrors, leather seats, power driver's side seat, adjustable suspension,
power door locks, and a five speed transmission. Other standard options
are, of course, present.

I've taken very good care of this car, and fixed most things at the first sign
of trouble. I've been performing my own maintenance for quite some time,
and no longer keep receipts. If you've abused a car like this, it will
not last this many miles and still run as well as mine.

The interior is in very good shape. There are no tears on any seat,
and only minor wear on the driver's side seat of entry and exit. There's
a minor inch long crack in the center console near the shifter. The
carpet is in excellent shape and factory Z floor mats are in good shape.

The T-tops do not leak in any weather I've encountered or during any car wash.
The passenger side window will let in a few dribbles if hit hard enough with
a stream of water, but it's never leaked in any weather. The driver
side window has not leaked.

The car is mechanically sound. The knock sensor has gone out, but it's not
worth pulling the engine apart to replace - just run quality premium and it
won't be an issue. There are a few minor seepages here and there, but it's
hardly enough to be noticeable between fluid changes:

- One turbo charger seeps oil and has been seeping for about 100,000 miles.
- The rear main seal seeps oil a bit.
- The rear differential seeps oil a bit.

Again, none of these are horrible and, unless you're planning on tracking
the car, not worth the money to fix.

The car is driven regularly, and rarely sits more than a week. If you take
it easy on the freeway (65 or less, T-tops in), you can easily get 29 MPG.
Take it through the hills of the Ozarks with the T-tops out, and your mileage
will drop, but it's worth it :). It still pulls strong, and the
turbochargers still spin up freely and smoothly.

The exterior is good, but not perfect. That's to be expected with
a car with this many miles. The worst is the front air dam. There are
also minor chips here and there. There's one hood ding and minimal door
dings (I always park out away from everyone). No rust.

Some other high points:
- New paint in 2002 (repainted the same factory color)
- New (from Nissan) transmission in 2002
- New (from Nissan) fuel injectors in 2004
- K&N air filter (the larger one)
- Larger Stillen intercoolers
- Greddy exhaust
- New Nissan springs, struts, and most control arms within the last 18 months
- New rotors spring 2008
- New rear tires August 2008, new front tires a couple months ago
- Kenwood CD/MP3 player
- Factory service manual
- Spare used instrument cluster
- Optima red top battery
- Lojack
- Polyurethane differential bushings

P.S. The pictures are several weeks old and the car is driven regularly.

P.P.S. My camera is dying, so excuse some of the picture defects.
