">. Details: THIS IS A PROJECT CAR that I have lost the desire to finish. The motor is out of the vehicle and disassembled. I broke it all down to send to machine shop after having an issue with an extremely small oil leak at cyl 6. Everything was inspected and no issues were found. After a discussion with the machine shop and an ARP rep we can to determine that the leak was caused by failing to properly install the head studs. The motor was built with metal and gaskets and the head studs were only tourqed once. These studs need to be tourqued and retourqed 3-4 times in order to eliminate all stretch and fully seat. The motor has 200 miles (easy break in miles) on it, all of it street driven. This turbo setup has been dyno’d in another vehicle which had a smaller turbo than pictured (old turbo was an 73mm, where as the one pictured is a 76mm S wheel) where it made 620whp un-tuned. With the proper tuning and fuel delivery setup this car can easily reach 800whp with capabilities of much more. I did not run a nitrous setup but you have that option as well. What car needs: The motor needs to be reassembled and installed. The upper intake manifold will need to be repolished. You will need injectors and fuel rail (I maxed out my border 850cc) you will also need clutch (I used a triple disc carbon by ACT – great clutch), 5speed transmission (or your choice of other) some intake piping, and computer to tune. The chasis has not been touched except for HICAS eliminator and new fuel system that was added. The chasis will need minor body work. There are small dings here or there and it will definitely need a paint job. There is no rust or major damage of any kind. The title is a clear florida title. The interior seats are in great condition for their age, carpet is ok, with a good cleaning would probably look great, there are no tears or serious stains. There are some pieces of the interior that will need to be reinstalled. I have all of these pieces. The tires on the car are not road worthy but hold air and the brakes will probably need to be replaced and/or turned. CAR: 91 TT black on black 5sp.
