I bought this car with 0 miles on the motor and turbos almost 3 years ago, and have put less than 8000 miles on it, a good chunk of which was driving to Texas for ZCON 06. My automotive interests have been pulling me in a different direction, and though I will always have a love for these cars, it is time to part with mine. The car has ~ 154k miles, but the engine, turbos, suspension, etc. all have less than 8k. The cams, cam gears, and radiator probably have about 6-700 miles on them tops. I have autocrossed the car 3-4 times, and did a session and a half at the ZCON 06 lapping day. The good - mod list: Engine/ Power mods: Clevite Main & Rod Bearings ARP Main Studs ARP Rod Bolts ARP Head Studs Eagle Rods JE 9:1 Pistons JE Rings JWT 500+ camshafts JUN adjustable intake cam gears JUN Metal Head Gaskets Ported Cylinder Heads/5-angle Valve Job Ferrea 1mm Over-sized Valves Ferrea Titanium Retainers Ferrea Double Valve Springs JWT Sport 700 turbos Greddy Side Mount Intercoolers Nismo 740cc injectors JWT modified lower plenum w/ 95+ TT fuel rails Koyo Aluminum Race Radiator CZP Polished radiator guide Specialty Z Inconel Exhaust Manifolds Specialty Z Super Split Down Pipes Specialty Z test pipes w/ flex joints Specialty Z/ LaBree Cat-back Exhaust & X-Pipe (non-resonated) Rps 6-Puck Max Clutch Aluminum one piece drive shaft Unorthodox Racing polished pulley Kit Greddy Timing Belt Scott Smith black powdercoated hardpipes Suspension: drive shaft safety loop Specialty Z Aluminum subframe bushing spacers SPL coilover suspension SPL adjustable tension rods SPL adjustable front upper control arms SPL adjustable rear upper control arms NX EFI Wet Kit (uninstalled, in the garage) Sparco Lap 5 Steering wheel Silvertwin (OH) short shifter SPL bronze shifter bushings Stillen HICAS Eliminater Street wheels/tires - 5Zigen FN01R-C hyperblack 17x9 +35mm F&R Falken Azenis RT-615 275/40/17 F&R Electrical/ Interior: Rear Mounted Battery Box/Battery (Optima Red top just replaced under warranty) DEFI Boost Gauge DEFI Water Temp Gauge DEFI Link II gauge controller GReddy PRofec Type S Boost Controller (brand new in box) JWT ECU PS t-top shade autographed by Mr. K I also have most of the original tan interior that I pulled out to swap to charcoal, as well as several additional charcoal/tweed pieces that came from another car. I have a spare PS t-top that is red. The not-so-good: There is a rattle behind the timing covers that I am 95% sure is due to the metal inner covers being bent where the upper idler pulley goes through, but I haven't had the time or desire to deal with it. The body needs to be repainted. In addition to the common spoiler rot, there are a few scratches and blotches in the paint that necessitate a respray. The PS rear window had the clips for the trim piece broken off. I have a new window with the clips, along with an almost new KurumaZ molding kit that need to be installed. The DS t-top needs to have the metal swapped to the original white piece (the one on the car is red). I bought a replacement set of t-tops after my DS t-top got ran over at an autocross. The metal side was fine, but all the glass was shatterered, and I haven't gotten around to swapping the pieces back over. I am taking reasonable offers. Obviously the car will need some work to be pristine, and if you want to realize the full potential of the motor and turbos, it will need to be professionally tuned. I will also consider partial trades for a 94+ miata w/ a Torsen rear end, or for an AP1 S2000.
