I've got a pair of genuine Phillips ballasts & rebased phillips D2S bulbs. They're pretty much plug and play installation taking less than 15 minutes to install.
They were working perfectly when removed from my vehicle however on one of the bulbs the 9006 "adapter" popped off and will need to be glued back on. I've never had a single problem with them however I can't really guarantee the "bulbs" themselves.
