This is my mom's car, we just decided to sell this and get a 2+0 to do the swap on because we like the look of the 2 seater better. Here is a list of some of the good:

The engine was replaced ~5k miles ago with the engine out of my car. It (my car, so the engine currently in this car) was a one owner (old guy), all highway miles (original clutch still worked until ~165k miles!), w/ ~180k miles. It doesn't burn a drop of oil between changes (which have been done religiously w/ Mobil 1 Full synthetic). It has great compression. It recently (in May) dynoed 186 rwhp. Here are some pics of it:
