It is a Cali car so you will not see any rust at all. 1993 tt 5 speed clean title 103k miles on the chasy candy red exterior (was painted 3 weeks ago) black interior. This was a project car that came into the shop few years ago and we recently got to work on it. Original owner had done something to the engine and the paint was not so good. Car was stripped down and completely primered and sanded down after which PPG clear and Paint was used. Several extra layers of paint and 3 layers of clear were put. Such paint and quality of prepping will cost you easily 5000. The rims with tires under 3000- each rim is 550 All of the moldings were stripped and painted with urethane paint, the windshield cowls were prepped and also resprayed. Tension bushings replaced with urethane once. Rear tt spoiler was thrown out so it looks like a N/A. The body looks beautiful combined with Ferrari Looking German Rims 17's wider in the back, I believe AVS or something, I had to hunt one of these rims which took me over a year to find it, otherwise I would had to order it from Germany if they still made them. To finish up the looks we have the HKS exhaust underlining the beauty of the new paint on this baby. Clear corner lights were added. New transmission mounts. New Engine Mounts. JWT ECU. JWT intake. It is also lowered. The current engine has less than 1000 miles after it was refreshed. New bearings, seals, gaskets, turbos have 40 k miles, Heads came from my previous z that had 60 k miles on it and was checked and cleaned, new rings, timing belt and rest of the maintenance stuff, Crank reworked. Transmission works flawlessly, and its a 1993 in which Nissan used different synchrons. Runs great. The only annoyance present at this moment is 2 lifters chattering while the car is cold. The heads with these same lifters ran great in the previous car before i pulled the engine and it only had 55 to 60 k miles so I didn’t bother replacing the lifters. But while doing the engine work they were out of the heads and when we put them back in two are chattering, and not too loud but its annoying to me. I am still negotiating if i should replace all of them or just sell it to someone who will not be bothered by it. In any case if i have a serious buyer we can discuss who and how. ******The lifters came back to life and are working how they should*****Iam so happy*************** Interior is black, velour not leather. Otherwise the car looks stock. We do have a Stillen Supra Looking wing that could be mounted on the car if the buyer wishes so, of course for an extra minimal charge
