Message I have reached the point where I've exhausted all my savings and spent years working on this project car and now don't have more money to put into it. I don't want to have it parked in the garage until I can save up enough money to do what I would like to it. If only I had the money I would
upgrade the turbos, do a 120k, and perhaps build up the engine. So here's an opportunity for someone to pick up where I left off and make this very rare Z one of the nicest twin turbo convertibles out there. Most of you know how rare a twin turbo convertible is, since the twin turbo isn't made in the convertible model. I did a search on this website and found less than 30 twin turbo convertibles in the U.S.
I have $25k in receipts of the car and parts costs alone, not including the labor costs put into it.

Here is what it needs: replace turbos and waterpump

I believe one turbo is blown because the car doesn't boost
like it used to. And the waterpump just started leaking.
It was a brand new waterpump when I installed the JDM
engine less than a thousand miles ago. I was just
unfortunate to get a bad one. I also have a minor
power steering leak which is very common in the Zs.
Many new OEM parts were replaced when the JDM swap
was done such as new belts, oil pump, starter, alternator,
efi harness. I also have a complete body kit that's not installed.

The only thing this extremely rare Z needs is upgraded turbos, a 120k maintenance and replace the high pressure ps hose. And while the engine is out to replace the turbos, one can build up the engine.

In short, this twin turbo Convertible Z is already a very rare item and can be one of the fastest 300zx Convertibles out there with a built engine and bigger turbos.

I am asking $15k for it.
I am also considering a trade for a perfect running twin turbo that has similar amount of mods, upgraded turbos, and a built engine.

Here's my profile of what I have in the car.
