Message I'm selling the custom TD05-16g Kit that came with my newly acquired 300ZX:

Included are all of the hard parts you need to convert your Z to a 16g'd fire breathing monster. The power this setup made was simply unreal.

With this kit, you'll be able to make Sport-700 power for Sport-500 buckage. Spool is outstanding (low 3's) because of the ported turbine housings and excellent manifolds. Note that this isn't the Greddy 16g kit, it's a custom made setup.

Parts:
- (2) TD05-16g turbochargers, with CNC-ported turbine housings.
- (2) Custom tubular manifolds for 16g's
- (2) TiAL wastegates (40mm)
- (1) polished aluminum hardpipe kit for intercooler inlet/outlet pipes
- (2) custom 2.5" downpipes, which the wastegates plumb back into.
- (1) custom turbo inlet piping, routes to stock location.
- (8) custom-made oil feed, water feed, oil return, and water return lines, to fit 16g's.
- (1) DOOLZ style intake (provide your own filters)
- (2) Z1 2.5" Midpipes with flex-sections (protects manifolds)
- all clamps
- silicone hose couplers
- turbo-to-manifold gaskets

Mileage: All Parts have about 9 months and ~10,000 miles of use, according to the previous owner. Turbochargers have *zero* shaft play, and the car was burning no oil. Piping is newly coated with hi-temp coating. Everything was always run on a turbo timer.

Why Selling: I went to have the A/C lines reinstalled in the car, but the shop told me it was not possible to route the A/C lines on the passenger firewall without moving the wastegate location. So, I had the kit removed, and replaced with a stock-style SP500 setup. The wife said no A/C, no trips, and she's kinda fun to have along when we go on vacation, and I was running out of time to have things completed.

If you require A/C, you can relocate the passenger-side wastegate, or if you don't care, no changes are necessary.

Price: $2,900 OBO

That's it! I'll be glad to answer any questions as well as I can.

Cheers,

-Jake
