Hey, I have a 1991 TT that I may have to sell due to a very serious family issue that is much more important at the time than a car. Asking $13,000 OBO. You may remember it from the member LukassZ doing this rebuild..I bought the car 300 miles after the rebuild under the condition that the motor had blown a piston ring, but upon inspection by my mechanic, it turned out to be all electrical issues and problems with harness clips. Engine was compression tested before I took it home from the shop and yielded great results at 155-160.. I have driven it 900 miles since I bought it and made the switch to AMSOIL 10w30 full synthetic oil 200 miles ago. The car is red/maroon and has 132,xxx miles on the body. The paint looks nice in most areas, but it could definatly use a new paintjob as there are some chips. No noticable dents that I can think of. I would rate the interior in good shape for a 15 year old car. The leather seats have a few tears in them but this is only normal wear and tear. Anyway, the car had a full motor rebuild with forged internals about 1,200 miles ago. The following mods were also added. The list includes. Mods done 1200 miles agoAMZs Twinturbo Engine Rebuild Kit - Includes Wiseco pistons (.02 overbore), Eagle rods, and Toga bearings AMZ Stage II Turbo Kit Nismo 555CC Fuel Injectors ASH ECU - Programmed for the 555cc injectors and 93 octane AMZ Testpipes and Downpipes Stillen Catback Exhaust RPS Segmented Flywheel AMZ 6 Puck Clutch AMZ Short Throw Shifter New OEM Efi Wiring Harness 60k Kit OEM Engine Gasket Kit Turbo Oil Feed Lines PCV Valves, Hoses, and Clamps Falken FK451 Tires EGR Bypass Kit AMZ Hicas Eliminator Battery Cable Harness New 02 Sensors OEM Alternator OEM Motor Mounts Autometer Boost Gauge Fan Clutch Battery Treated with AMSOIL Gear Oil Heads cleaned and checked Valve seals replaced All of the above mods are practically brand new. Just purchased.. Not installed or less than 200 miles: Red Stillen Turbo Hoses Hose tech silicone vac. line kit Pioneer Premier CD Player Autometer Oil Pressure Guage (Not Installed) Mods done before rebuild:
JWT Pop Charger Unorthodox UD pulley 18" forged rays eng. Nissan wheels Eibach springs Ground control coilovers Stillen Ducted Front Panel Stillen Front Bumper Stillen Wing Greddy Turbo Timer Motor rebuild was done by AMZ Performance so you know the work was done right. Currently the car is running good.. Besides a few vacuum leaks that need to be fixed (Car will come with hose techniques kit and boost leak tester from boostpro). Idle is about 850-1000 after warming up. Car pulls very hard when you get on it. Has a lifter tick (Very commong on early z's, could be gotten rid of with some marvel mystery oil), and is throwing a code 42.. I replaced the fuel temperature sensor, so it has something to do with the circuits. Very minor issues that someone more experienced than me could take care off with ease. Also has 3rd to 4th gear grind (synchros) which is also very common.
Asking $13,000 OBO Car is located in Wenonah NJ.
