Message The Z1 NA and TT Automatic Trannys are built to handle more power and last longer than any stock tranny.

Rebuilt Auto TT and NA Transmissions which include modifications for durability and higher output engines. Higher quality friction material, additional clutches, and modifications for additional cooling mean crisper shifting and longer life. Includes torque converter.
These Trannys are kept in stock at all times @ Z1 with a full Year warranty!
No one yet has been able to compete with the quality vs the price of these Transmissions.
They are shipped dry. ~11 qts of Dexron III ATF required for installation.
Installation at Z1 and shipping both available.

An external fluid cooler is required bypassing/eliminating the stock cooler in the radiator. Coolers are available in our Transmission/Driveline and Cooling Upgrades sections.

NA upgraded Transmissions are also readily available HERE

A little over your budget?
Z1 also stocks good used auto TT transmissions fr $700-$900
with a 90 day warranty when installed at Z1.

If the transmission isn't being installed at Z1 and you do not send your transmission in first, a $400 refundable core charge applies.
If internal hard parts (planetary gears, etc) are damaged, core refund may be reduced at our discretion.

Don't miss the opportunity to install a set of Z1 downpipes on your TT when your transmission is out of the car. They are a great upgrade and easy to install with the transmission removed.

While the transmission is out Z1 also recommends a new rear main seal.

Its also the perfect time to install a new transmission mount, 1-piece driveshaft, testpipes, O2 sensors, or even a performance catback exhaust. All in stock at Z1
Starter sometimes grind when trying to start? Check the teeth on the flexplate ring gear to make sure none are worn. We have plenty of good used flexplates in stock.
