It's almost everything. bought the motor off a friend who had pulled it from his Z for a 95 motor. a rod bearing had seized/disentegrated. Everything is in good shape, needs mani's, turbo's, ECU's etc. this is a shortblock, with a lower plenum, essentially. put a new crank, rods pistons, port/polish these heads with a nice 3 angle job, and you're on your way. great opportunity for someone looking to build their own spec motor. pictures upon request.
