Message	I have decided to purchase a Twin Turbo Z and am selling my 1992 Sapphire Blue Nissan 300ZX 2+2, its a 5 speed non-turbo w/T-Tops. This car is in great condition and I continue to get compliments on the car. I have always taken excellent care of this car. There are many Houston Z'ers that can vouch for the condition of this car, as well as other members on this forum. I have performed all routine maintenance at the proper intervals. I purchased the car in October 2003 with 104K miles. The car now has 131K miles on the original engine and runs very strong. I have had regular oil changes and have used 93 octane only. The the timing belt and water pump were last changed at 78,000 miles (when that owner bought it), so that will need to be done in the next 6K-7K miles. I have however recently had a tranny flush and radiator flush. The only problem that i know of is a power steering leak that i just found in the past 2 weeks. I am still not sure if the hose needs to be replaced or if its just a clamp, i will look into it. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with the engine that i know of. Other maintenance includes: 11/2003 - New Starter 4/2004 - New Exedy Clutch and rear main seal 12/2004 - New Alternator 3/2005 - New Fuel Filter I have receipts for all of this maintenance. This car also has the following mods: Eibach Pro-Kit Springs KYB AGX Adjustable Shocks 300Degree Camber Kit Front Strut Tower Brace K&N Pop Charger Cleared Taillights JDM Clear Side Markers OEM Twin Turbo Spoiler Stillen Type III Lip Arospeed Mufflers Pioneer CD Player Momo Steering Wheel Momo Racing Pedals I entered this car in 2 official Z car shows (1 in Austin, 1 in San Antonio) and won 1st place in the daily driver category in both (can send you pics of the trophies if you want). That should tell you the car is in really good shape for a car that is driven daily. The car was repainted 2 years ago after I was rear-ended at a traffic light. The only damage was to the rear bumper, but I got the entire car repainted. After 2 years, I would rate the exterior as a 7.5 and the interior as a 9. There is a stain on the rear carpet in the trunk. I have not had any major issues with this car, EVER. There are no major problems with it. I will be installing Hawk HPS brake pads and getting the rotors resurfaced next week as well. I know the car isnt perfect, there are small issues with the car (mostly cosmetic), but its not anything catastrophic at all. Keep in mind that this is a daily driver. Everything inside the car works. All the buttons work and light up. The A/C works. The CD player works.
